USB Device Not Recognized

On Windows, open the "Device Manager" (you can search for it in the Start menu) and check if Carver Saturn audio interface is visible in "Sound, video and game controllers". If you see any yellow triangles or exclamation marks next to the device, there may be driver issues.

On Mac, go to "Apple Menu" > "About This Mac" >" More Info…">   "System Report" > "USB." Look for your audio interface in the list of connected USB devices. If it's not listed, there may be a connection problem. Follow below steps to resolve:

1. Ensure that the USB cable connecting your audio interface to the computer is securely plugged into both the audio interface and an available USB port on your computer.

2. Try using a different USB cable if available. Test the USB port on your computer with other USB devices to confirm that it's functioning correctly.

3. Turn off your audio interface and disconnect it from the computer, then plug it back in and power it on.

4. If you're using a USB hub or extension, try connecting the audio interface directly to a USB port on your computer without hooking it up to an extension hub.

5. Ensure that the USB ports on your computer are free from physical damage or obstructions.

6. On Windows, always install and run the latest ASIO driver, the latest ASIO driver can be downloaded in Q1, 2024.
